Annacleta attended Collegio Sta Caterina in Locarno where she earned a teacher's diploma. After her marriage, Annacleta and Eugene lived in Paris, but they had a holiday house in Aurigeno. Their holiday house in Aurigeno, built in the chalet style of the period, is now an art gallery and antique shop: Galleria Ursula Boven.
