Bill and his partner, Nat Carasali, were the founders of the Peppermill Casino, the Peppermill Restaurant, and the Fireside Lounge in Reno, Nevada. At the time of his death, he and Nat, along with 2 other partners, owned numerous casinos and properties in Reno, Sparkes, and Wendover, Nevada.
